DESCRIPTION: The Film Set Electrician's Workshop is for anyone who wants hands-on instruction using big, high output film lighting, generators and power distribution. Our veteran instructors will teach you the industry standard methods for:

SCHEDULE: This is a "rain or shine event." Instruction begins at 9am, lunch is from 12-1pm and the workshop ends at 5pm.

- Operating large, trailer-mounted generators
- Calculating amps and balancing the generator load
- Selecting and properly running heavy feeder cables
- Choosing the right distribution boxes and splitters
- Calculating line loss and measuring voltage drop
